Seeking a change, she transitioned to retail, joining REI, a company that values the outdoors as a fundamental part of a fulfilling life—a philosophy Michelle strongly resonates with. While embracing REI’s ethos, Michelle also developed a profound appreciation for the Caribbean paradise known as Jamaica.

Crystal’s dedication to helping others led her to travel abroad for the first time to Jamaica with Marla and Michelle. Despite initial concerns fueled by negative media, Crystal was captivated by Jamaica’s vision and beauty during her visit. Her love for the country has only grown, and she is passionate about encouraging younger generations to experience and appreciate Jamaica as she does.
